Reason: FY25 Business Meals Updated Pre-Approval Waiver and Exception Request Letter

The Shared Services Center requests that your business meals pre-approval waiver and exception letter (template attached) be updated for FY25. We currently have your FY24 request letter on file.
The exception letter should be sent to the Shared Services Center at help@ssc.vccs.edu and updated annually or as personnel changes occur. If you do not wish to have a waiver, please let us know. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
