Re: Urgent-PeopleAdmin Updates
It has come to our attention that, as of today, October 1, 2024, the modification in the Search Advocate roles scoping, which we shared previously and is also *noted below, has led to notification emails being sent to numerous Search Advocate members who were not designated for the posting. We have informed PeopleAdmin and are collaborating with them to resolve this issue.
*Search Committee and Search Advocate Roles
Previously, when assigning the roles of Search Committee or Search Advocate to a user, College HR had to specify the department(s) for which the user needed access to view candidates. As of October 1, 2024, the need to specify departments for these roles has been eliminated.
