The Avature Manager/Admin User Portal is currently active, and your feedback is very helpful. As we discussed during the demonstrations held last week, this is a transitional week, and there will be challenges.
Please note: Although this portal launch was for Admin and Manager Users, we have noted that some new hires whose onboarding was initiated on Monday, April 8, may experience issues with completing their tasks. To correct this, please notify your Hire to Retire Technician to fix the issue and relaunch the task. This only affects those launched on Monday.
We will continue to update you as we work with our Avature implementation team to solve the challenges of the new Portal for Admin and Manager Users. Below are critical items that are currently in progress:
- The My Tasks tile is not populating tasks for some users. It is Avature’s top priority to identify a reason and implement a solution. Please note, if a task cannot wait to be completed, contact onboarding@ssc.vccs.edu for assistance.
- Portal tiles are to display both the employee name and the employee role title or task to be completed as shown below. This is being corrected.
- Data cleanup is still a concern. We have completed the initial clean-up based on the college feedback we received, but there are several pending tasks outstanding that may affect which tile the employee is populating in. To ensure we have relevant tasks populating, over the next few weeks, we will be moving all outstanding tasks (except probationary tasks) with a date before December 1, 2023, to Canceled. This could trigger an email; please disregard it.
