We have noted an issue with the automated process in the HCM system where auto-generated email notifications for an employee’s unapproved time and exceptions are being distributed although time records have been approved. If you receive an email and are confident you have approved the time or cleared the exception, please ignore the email.

We are collaborating with the System Office technical team to research and resolve this issue.
