Dear Colleges,
Our Fiscal year-end continues to approach quickly and the deadline for ALL Requisitions on an already approved contract, or under $10,000 is approximately one (1) week away on Friday, May 26, 2023. For quick reference, below are the upcoming deadlines. Deadlines for Sole Source Requests, COOPs, IFBs, and Quick Quotes have now passed.
FY24 orders can continue to be entered through the fiscal closure.
