Reason: Thanksgiving Holiday Reminder

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday break, DOA is closing at noon on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, and all day from November 25 – November 26, 2021.
The Bi-weekly payable time interface is scheduled for Tuesday, November 23rd for all wage employees, students, and adjunct faculty.
Please remind all staff and supervisors of this schedule to ensure timely submission and approval of time records in HRMS to meet the reduced window for processing.
Please note that paperwork submission deadline for both Hire to Retire and Payroll remain November 17th and November 19th, respectively. These deadlines will be firmly observed due to the limited time to process.
