RESOLVED: Punchout Catalog problem in Chrome

Good afternoon all,

The DGS issue preventing punchout catalog orders from being created in Chrome has now been resolved. You may now resume creating punchout catalog orders in the browser of your choice.

Several colleges have made us aware of problems both creating punchout catalog orders and checking out. We have tested this and been in touch with eVA Customer Care regarding the problem. There is a known issue with version 90 of Chrome. To prevent the issue, please use an alternative browser, such as Internet Explorer or use an older version of Chrome. DGS is working on a solution and we will keep you updated as this is resolved.
