Dear Colleges,
Our Fiscal year-end continues to approach quickly, and DPS has just announced that April 7, 2023, is the deadline for their year-end approvals. For quick reference, below are three upcoming deadlines of which to be aware. A revised memo reflecting the April 7 deadline is also attached.

| March 17, 2023 | Invitation for Bid (IFB) | Solicitations over $100k |
| May 5, 2023 | Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes) | Solicitations between $10k - $100k |
| April 7, 2023 | DPS Approval | Items over $50k that require DPS approval, such as Sole Source requests over $50k or Goods Solicitations over $100k |
