Dear Colleges,
Our Fiscal year-end continues to approach quickly and the deadline for Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes) is approximately one (1) week away on May 5, 2023. Procurement is actively processing 18 Unsealed Solicitations presently. Additionally, the final day for ALL Requisitions on an already approved contract, or under $10,000, is approximately one (1) month away on May 26, 2023. For quick reference, below are the upcoming deadlines. A memo with the deadlines is also attached.
