Dear Colleges,
Our Fiscal year-end continues to approach rapidly, and the deadline for Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes) is approximately five (5) weeks away on May 5, 2023. Procurement is currently processing more than 20 Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes). Below are three upcoming deadlines of which to be aware. A memo with the deadlines is also attached.
| April 7, 2023 | DPS Approval | Items over $50k that require DPS Approval |
| May 5, 2023 | Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes) | Solicitations between $10k - $100k |
| May 26, 2023 | Requisitions | Requisitions under $10k or under an approved contract |
