With our holiday closure this month, we would like to ask for your assistance. We are asking that college PCard packets be submitted no later than Friday December 20, 2024. This is two days earlier than our normal deadline of the 22nd of each month.
The statements will be available Monday, December 16, 2024, which will give PCard holders five (5) days that week to submit them.
Given the shorter timeframe we have for processing in December, any submissions earlier than December 20 are truly helpful. However, your assistance in providing submissions by December 20 is appreciated.
