As many of you may be aware, we have had several new hires who have been unable to access and complete the Federal W-4 in Avature over the past week and we have been managing the collection of this form manually. The Avature Tech Support developer team has identified the cause and will release an instance fix overnight.
When the fix is applied, we anticipate that new hires will be able to access and complete the form as expected.
