Dear Colleges,

We have a bit of good news to share. We have just awarded three new IT Hardware contracts that are ready for your use. Among these contracts is a highly anticipated SWaM vendor source and a contracted source for Verkada cameras! 

The table below provides some brief guidance. Also find the contract summaries attached.  See your email for contracts documents.

IT Hardware and "ready-to-run" value add support on tablets, cells, and outsourced level I tech support
  • Minimum 4% discount on all OEMs

Daly Computers

IT Hardware, rugged laptops/tablets, esport computers, kiosk design and install and Verkada Cameras
  • Please keep in mind that while this new contract does have some overlap with the VHEPC contract (UVA-AGR-IT-00172-DALY) which we enjoy rebates from using, this contract offers products such as the Verkada Cameras not covered by VHEPC and VHEPC covers audio visual, telecom and printers whereas this contract does not have those products
  • Verkada Cameras are 10% off MSRP
