Dear Colleges,
In our continued effort to improve, we are pleased to announce the roll-out of a new Contracts Database. This new Contracts Database gives you access to view the following contracts documents:
- Contract Summary - An overview of the contract's scope and ordering instructions
- Redacted Contract - The entire contract document less allowable confidential information
- Contract Modifications - A changes to the contract to date, including renewals (may contain the most current pricing)
This is an exciting new feature that we have not had access to in the past. You may find access to this information helpful for the following uses:
- Determining if an existing contract will meet your needs
- Verifying that the renewal status of a contract you use
- Finding the most current pricing
- Etc.
We encourage you to visit our website (https://www.ssc.vccs.edu/procurement/solicitations-and-contracts/) and become familiar with navigating our contracts. Most of our contracts that expire in 2023 and thereafter are now available in this database. We will be maintaining our legacy VCCS Contract List on our website for all other contracts.
