Dear Colleges,

Fiscal Year 2023 is now available to select in eVA. At your convenience, you may begin using FY23 for requisitions intended to become a purchase order in the new fiscal year. The process for these requisitions will be like the last several year ends which is as follows:

  1. Colleges enter requisitions intended for next fiscal year by selecting FY23
  2. The requisitions go into a new fiscal year approval role, “gate 1”
  3. The requisitions will be released to be completed by SSC Buyers as capacity allows over the next 5 weeks
  4. Once completed by the SSC Buyers, requisitions go into a second fiscal year approval role, “gate 2”
  5. Upon opening of the new fiscal year on about July 6, 2022, the requisitions in the second gate will be released to become a purchase order
