Over the past year, the SSC Onboarding team has worked weekly with CHROs, other college HR representatives, and our software vendor Avature to identify and develop enhancements to the VCCS Avature-based onboarding process. A key outcome of this collaborative effort will be a new portal in the Avature Onboarding & Offboarding solution for back-end users such as College HR, Managers, and IT users. We want to take a moment to share some quick insights.
What Can I Expect from Avature?
As soon as the portal goes live, you will have access to a wide array of tools that will save you considerable time and effort on your daily onboarding activities.
Why Are We Implementing the Portal?
Avature’s Portal for Onboarding & Offboarding brings a great range of benefits you can take advantage of, including but not limited to:
