Re:                         Early Start on Fiscal Year 2025 Requisitions

Dear Colleges,

This is a reminder that the final date to submit FY24 Requisitions has passed, however, you may continue to enter FY25 requisitions.

Early Start on Fiscal Year 2025 Requisitions:

The early bird gets the worm… you may begin entering your known 2025 requisitions including annual Blanket Orders. 

Early entry is encouraged where possible as it will help alleviate the immediate backlog when integration is resumed on approximately July 1, 2024.

SSC Procurement will start working on FY25 orders after Fiscal has paused eVA integration. The FY25 requisitions will be processed, and procurement activities completed. However, requisitions will not integrate into AIS until eVA integration is resumed (i.e., Encumbrance will not take place until after integration is restored.).

Please Note:

  • Fiscal will pause eVA integration on Friday, June 14 at 5 p.m. thru Monday July 1 at approximately 8:30 a.m.
  • Fiscal has issued a separate deadline memo and the information above relates only to procurement.
