Reason: Chrome River Single Sign On (SSO)

In an effort to provide better security to the VCCS, ITS has changed our identity management system to Rapid Identity. This requires that ITS change Chrome River to authenticate through Rapid Identity single sign on. This change will be implemented in Chrome River’s production instance at 5:00 pm tonight. This will require that the system be down for about 15 minutes. During this time, users will not be able to log in to the Chrome River production environment. This will not affect the Chrome River backend job process. There should be no impact to end users as the impact of this change is behind the scenes. Users will see the same Chrome River tile in MyVCCS after the change that they see today and will click on it to access Chrome River just like they do today.
