Dear Colleges,
As you are aware, our partner agency, VCE (Virginia Corrections Enterprises), ended their business card service operation earlier this year. Since that time, DGS (Department of General Services) has awarded multiple contracts for Commonwealth template business cards. In addition, DGS approved NVCC (Northern Virginia Community College) to be a service provider for all of our colleges through NVCC’s print shop. We are excited to communicate that NVCC is ready to support all colleges now using a simple process flow.
If you would like to procure your business cards from NVCC, please follow the procedure below:
- Complete the attached form and email it to printingservices@nvcc.edu
- The Print Shop will contact the order placer to request logo and color
- The Print Shop will finalize the design
- The order will then be printed, and the cards shipped
- NVCC will send the invoice to the order placer for an intra-agency payment
- Colleges pay through voucher request
