The Onboarding Team has identified an integration issue between the Avature and E-Verify systems. We have escalated the issue to the Avature Tech Support team who is working with E-Verify to identify the root cause and to provide a resolution.
Please be cognizant of this issue when processing for new hires and be on the lookout for resolution or mitigation while we await a permanent solution.
If you note any additional issues in this regard, please email the Onboarding Team (onboarding@ssc.vccs.edu) so we can ensure Avature Tech Support is aware.
We will provide an update as soon as a resolution is identified. Please note that E-Verify cases are intermittently running to success, so if you do experience a failure, please resubmit.
