We are writing to inform you of an issue affecting task completion in the Avature Admin/Manager Portal.  It has been noted that the My Tasks tile on the portal may not be displaying up-to-date information. The underlying custom report that feeds this tile is experiencing a refresh delay, which may cause some new tasks not to appear timely and some tasks that were completed may not drop-off immediately.

The Employee Onboarding Portal appears to be unaffected by this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are working closely with Avature’s technical team and will notify you once the issue is resolved and the My Tasks tile is functioning normally again.
