What are Metrics and Dashboards?
Shared Services measures how well the institutions & Shared Services are doing with regard to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) between the institutions and Shared Services. These measures are represented in charts.
What are we measuring?
Performance against agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements. See the Accounts Payable Metrics, Procurement Metrics and Travel and Expense Metrics pages for compliance requirement details.
What’s included in a measurement?
Goal, performance to goal, explanations for failure to meet goal (failure reasons), and action plans
