eVA Upgrade Scheduled

Dear Colleges,

The Virginia Department of General Services (DGS) has notified us that they will be upgrading the Commonwealth's procurement system (eVA) over a weekend beginning Friday, February 21, 2025. 

The good news is that this upgrade is not as large and complex as the migration to the new eVA platform that occurred in 2022.  The upgrade will focus primarily on back-end functional enhancements and minor user interface changes.

Although the bulk of the changes will be transparent to the end user, the SSC Procurement team will be working closely with DGS to identify the specific impacts and testing the impact of those changes. Currently, the implementation timing is as follows:
