Reason: Emburse Chrome River is Changing Names to Emburse Enterprises

Effective Thursday, January 17, 2025, Emburse Chrome River (a.k.a., Chrome River) is being renamed to Emburse Enterprises. Chrome River Mobile is remaining unchanged, however. You can read more about changes Emburse is making to their suite of products, and what is staying the same, in their announcement below.
What’s Changing on January 17, 2025
Product logos, login screens, and colors will be updated to reflect the unified Emburse brand.
· Emburse Chrome River is becoming Emburse Enterprise
· Emburse Certify is becoming Emburse Professional
In addition, Emburse Travel Analytics (formerly TRIPBAM) products are being renamed to Emburse Air / Hotel Reshop, Benchmark, Audit, and Source. Certify Travel is being renamed Emburse Book.
The product names Emburse Go and Emburse Spend will remain the same but will be updated with colors that align with the Emburse brand.
What’s Staying the Same
While product names are being unified under Emburse, the solutions remain unchanged:
· URLs and email domains are staying the same: Though the logo on your login page will be updated, the URL to access the login page will remain unchanged. There are no changes to support email domains. You can continue to access and reach out to the support team using the same methods.
· Consistent experience: Navigation to use our products will remain the same. The only changes being made within the products listed above at this time are to names, logos, and colors.
· Contracts and legal entity: At this time, there is no change to our legal entities - your current contracts, agreements, and warranties will remain valid and will be honored under the new product names.
Other products — Nexonia, Tallie, Captio, Abacus, SpringAhead, CR Snap, and Chrome River Mobile — remain unchanged.

Looking Forward
To ensure a positive user experience, we are holding off on updating the URLs, email domains, fonts, and icons until customers are familiar with the new product names. These changes will roll out in a few months, with at least 8 weeks’ notice beforehand to give you the time to prepare. We recommend waiting on updating screenshots for internal documentation until updates to URLs, email domains, fonts, and icons are finalized.
