Dear Colleges, The Procure-to-Pay Content Library is ready and waiting! The virtual library features prioritized Procure-to-Pay content, with more to come. As additional content for Procure-to-Pay and, eventually, our other service lines become available, the Content Library will be the place to find it! The virtual library provides you with self-service resources you can access at any time to help build knowledge and provide guidance for successfully completing Shared Services Center related functions. The library provides all the following materials in one place:
The Procure-to-Pay training modules list will expand as new content is developed. We have scheduled releases for December 2024, March 2025, and Summer 2025, with future dates to be announced. Other library materials will be published continuously upon completion and approval. Visit the Procure-to-Pay Level 2 Project Announcements page for a link to the live session recording, the training launch schedule, and the list of topics for each launch. The live session recording, WEBINAR: Introduction to the Procure-to-Pay Content Library, is also available on the home page of the Content Library. |

You can access the Content Library from the link on the SSC home page and use your Microsoft or your myVCCS or my(College) credentials to log in.
Once you have logged in, you will see the Content Library home page. You can use the left side navigation panel or simply click on one of the tiles to reach the information you need.

The Shared Services Center (SSC) has been developing updated training and documentation content to improve our “Procure-to-Pay” process. This work is needed to meet Department of General Services guidelines and help prepare the VCCS for requesting Level 2 Procurement Delegated Authority. The development of the Content Library supports our Level 2 initiative, and we would like to thank all the college volunteers for their input and collaboration on this effort! This is an ongoing effort, and new content will be added as it is developed. After the Content Library launches, if you are unable to find information you need, please send an email to help@ssc.vccs.edu to let us know what you are looking for so we can guide you to existing content or, if the content is under development, provide a projected date for publication. If the content you are looking for is not scheduled for development, we can add it to our list of content to be reviewed for creation. |
