On June 7, we sent a communication (attached) regarding an accrual issue occurring with full-time salaried employees who are terminated in the middle of the pay period (i.e., they do not complete a full pay period).

After further research together with our ITS colleagues, we have identified the accrual issue could potentially expand to any job action occurring with an effective date in the middle of a pay period. We are actively evaluating scenarios to determine if this is isolated to specific job or position actions occurring in the middle of a pay period.

With the year-end Leave Liability reporting finalizing on Monday, we ask that you be extra diligent in reviewing your employees’ balances and report any issues to SSC TLAM for guidance on correcting them.

The SSC will notify you when the resolution is available and of any required adjustments.
