Dear Colleges,
Per the Fiscal Year-End process, eVA integration with AIS was suspended on Friday, June 14, 2024 at the close of the business day. The Shared Services Center (SSC) worked diligently to process as many FY24 requisitions as possible prior to suspension. Any outstanding requisitions in the SSC Inbox will be rejected back to the college and then may be re-submitted by the college as a FY25 requisition.
SSC Procurement is currently working on FY25 requisitions and will complete all procurement activities on these submissions. FY25 requisitions will then be held in the integration process until the FY25 budget year is opened. Upon opening, on or about July 1, 2024, requisitions will become a Purchase Order and will be communicated to the vendors.
We highly encourage early submission of FY25 requisitions wherever feasible, as this proactive approach will help mitigate delays in processing time once the new fiscal year opens.
Please note: We advise against early entry of punchout orders, as pricing may fluctuate before eVA integration is fully operational again.
