Reason: Approved Time Interface Update Due to the Thanksgiving Holidays
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holidays, DOA will be closed starting at noon on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, and will remain closed the remainder of the week.
As a result, the final Bi-weekly Payable Time interface has been moved up a day and is scheduled for Monday, November 20, 2023, for all wage employees for the pay period 11/03/23 - 11/16/2023.
Please remind all staff and supervisors of this schedule to ensure timely submission and approval of time records in HCM to meet the reduced window for processing.
