Re: Requisition Processing Times
Dear Colleges,
You may recall the communication below that we sent in mid-July to advise you that our requisition backlogs are high. Our volume continues to be elevated such that our backlogs have remained high since the start of the fiscal year. Also, “new” eVA still lacks some custom automation features previously available, adding extra workload for the SSC team.
To support the impending Fall Semester, we will be prioritizing procurements needed to support your students as they begin the new term. We are anticipating longer lead times for a few more weeks as we work to bring the backlog down in order to return to standard lead times.

Dear Colleges,
With the kick-off of a new fiscal year a couple of weeks ago, we have been experiencing a healthy volume (about 350% increase) of incoming requisitions such that our processing times may take a bit longer. While we have begun working overtime and have other team members assisting as well, you may experience extended processing time for the next few weeks. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we continue to process requisitions as quickly as possible.
