Attached is the 2025 Pay Schedule which includes important deadlines for submitting documents to the Shared Services Center Payroll and Hire to Retire Service lines for timely processing to meet pay period and VCCS HCM interface deadlines.
Please note:
We have included a keying window for HR Data. All transactions with an effective date after the End date and before the following Begin date should be held until the entry period.
We have found that, at times, entering transactions outside of this window can cause outages for Payroll Confirmations.
