Due to an identified HCM 9.2 query issue, the distribution of the annual Leave Liability preparation notification and supporting documentation will be delayed. We anticipate testing the query to be finalized in the next few days and will send out complete instructions and guidance at that time. Meanwhile, please note the upcoming dates and deadlines.
As an annual reminder, the SSC will be publishing the first draft of your agency’s Leave Liability Report to each agency folder on Buzz on Thursday, June 30th.
To produce the most accurate results, please ensure that all absence requests for Leave Year 2020-2021 are submitted and approved by the close of business on Monday, June 27th.
Reminder: The Leave Liability Report is intended to be reviewed and verified by each Agency. During the 2021 APA audit, it was noted that there were irregularities in employee benefits service dates within PMIS and HRMS. We are updating the Leave Liability Report to reflect the corrections noted and will provide documentation explaining the changes. The agency must ensure that the employee is in the correct leave plan based on their state service history. Incorrect calculations of the benefits service date will result in incorrect accrual rates. Please check your reports carefully and correct any discrepancies.
